Everything you need to know about the free Beauty Rewards Membership — the reward ladder, claiming rewards, and how your visits are counted.
Is the membership really free?
Yes. Beauty Rewards Membership is free to join. You create a free account with your email (or sign in with Google), and every completed visit counts toward your rewards.
What is the reward ladder?
Your completed visits add up, and at each milestone you unlock a free treatment:
- 1 visit — Free Signature Hair Wash (reg. $25 value)
- 3 visits — Free Bikini Wax (reg. $25 value)
- 5 visits — Free Lash Fill (reg. $35 value)
- 8 visits — Free Glo Facial (reg. $55 value)
The studio can adjust the ladder and treatment values, so what you see on the rewards page is always current.
How are visits counted?
A visit counts when your appointment is marked completed by the studio — not when you book it. So book, come in, enjoy your treatment, and once the studio closes out your appointment, the visit is added to your account automatically.
If you book while signed in, the appointment is saved to your rewards account on its own. If you book as a guest, the visit still counts as long as you use the same email address you signed up with for rewards.
How do I claim a reward?
When you reach a milestone, the reward unlocks in your dashboard on its own — you don't have to ask. Open My rewards and tap "Claim" on the unlocked reward. You'll receive a claim code to show at the studio.
The studio marks the code as used when they give you the treatment. You can see all your claimed and used rewards in your visit history.
How do I see my progress?
Open My rewards to see your visit count, how close you are to the next reward, which rewards are unlocked or already claimed, and your visit history.
Do I need an account to join?
Yes — rewards are tied to your account so your visits, unlocked rewards and claim codes stay with you. Joining takes less than a minute: sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.
What if I booked before joining?
As long as the booking used the same email address as your rewards account, the studio's completed visits still count toward your ladder. If you think a visit is missing, just ask the studio to check — they can see your booking history.
Can I use a reward with any service?
Each reward is for a specific treatment — for example, the milestone reward is the free treatment listed on the ladder. Book the treatment as usual, and when you arrive, show your claim code instead of paying. There's no purchase needed to claim a reward.
