Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement is a placeholder for the agreement between sellers and Nexa AI Marketplace (operating entity — pending counsel confirmation).
Sellers are the merchant of record for their own sales via their own dedicated merchant account through Nexa Merchant Services. See the Merchant Services Agreement for details on how the merchant account is provisioned and operated.
Final agreement content will be published prior to seller onboarding launch.
